Rover app is a platform application that connects pet owners and pet caregivers, aiming to provide services such as pet hosting, dog walking, pet boarding, etc. Through Rover, pet owners can easily find pet caregivers or dog walking service providers that meet their needs, and view the service providers' reviews, experience and available time.

To cancel a booking on the Rover app, you can do the following:

Go to your inbox and select the Upcoming tab

1.Select the booking you want to cancel

2.Tap the three-dotted icon in the upper right corner and select Modify booking

3.Tap Cancel booking

4.Choose a reason for canceling from the dropdown menu

5.Review the cancellation details and write a message to the owner

6.Tap Cancel booking to finalize

7.You can also cancel a booking on Rover using a computer.

Depending on the sitter's cancellation policy, you may receive a full or partial refund. Refunds are usually issued within 1–3 business days, but may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

If you're canceling a booking within seven days of an upcoming stay or within 14 days of a holiday, your account may be subject to account review.

You can't cancel or archive pending requests from your account.

how to change location on rover app

To change your location on the Rover app, go to your profile, navigate to "Basic Info," and edit your address under the "Service Area" section; you can also adjust your service radius to define how far you're willing to travel from your new location by dragging the pin on the map and saving the changes.

Key steps:

1.Open the Rover app.

2.Tap "More" then select "Profile".

3.Select the pencil icon to edit your profile.

4.Under "Basic Info," find and update your address.

5.Adjust your service area by dragging the pin on the map if necessary.

6.Save your changes.
