Scentbird is a subscription-based perfume service app that aims to provide users with a personalized perfume experience. By paying a fixed monthly fee, users can select and try high-end perfume samples, receiving an 8 ml spray bottle each time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

All of our subscription plans automatically renew (with the exception of gift subscriptions). To avoid subscription renewal, be sure to cancel your subscription no later than one day prior to your scheduled billing date. You can find your billing date in your Scentbird profile by clicking here (please ensure you are logged into your subscribed account). In the event your subscription is canceled after your scheduled billing date, your cancellation will ensure you aren't billed again in the future.

To cancel your membership, please contact our Customer Experience team here. Once your subscription has been canceled, you will receive an email confirming your subscription's cancellation.

Please note that 3, 6, or 12-month subscription plans (with term commitment) cannot be canceled mid-term. If you wish to downgrade your plan back to a month-to-month plan or stop automatic renewal of your multi-month plan, simply reach out to our Customer Experience team to let us know. 1. Choose a perfume: Browse the perfume catalog to view detailed information, user reviews and recommendation lists of various perfumes. You can filter perfumes by search or by category.

2. Subscription plan: Choose a suitable subscription plan, which usually has different trial times and price options.

3. Choose a trial perfume: Select the perfume you want to try every month and add it to the shopping cart.

4. Confirm and pay: Check the selected perfume and subscription plan, and make payment after confirmation.

5. Receive perfume: You will receive a sample of the selected perfume every month, usually an 8 ml spray bottle.
