How to activate Grab Driver account?

Register online by downloading the Grab Driver app. Fill and submit all document requirements and complete the online training within the app. You will be notified after your documents have been successfully verified and completed the training. Log in to the driver app to activate your account.

How do I complain about a Grab driver?

For violations by other parties such as Grab drivers, consumers or merchants, you may report them through the Grab FairPlay programme here. For all other issues, please report them through the Help Centre.
