Sendo

Sendo is an e-commerce platform application for the Vietnamese market, which aims to provide users with a convenient online shopping experience. Through Sendo, users can browse and purchase a variety of goods, including clothing, electronics, beauty products, household items, etc. The application supports multiple payment methods and provides fast delivery services.

How to register a store on Sendo

1. The registration information (store contact information and store representative) must be complete, correctly spelled and consistent with each other, and generally not violate the regulations of the release.

2. The registration information must be true and clear.

3. The store address must be complete and specific. For stores located in commercial centers, the batch number, counter number, floor number, etc. must be specified.

4. The mobile phone number and registered email or registered ID card must be valid and accurate. Each mobile phone number and email can only be used for one store.

5. The store name is a minimum string of 7 digits, it must contain at least 1 letter in the Vietnamese alphabet, and must not violate the following information:

6. The logo image posted by the store must be the official logo of the store or the product logo that the store has the right to distribute. Copyrighted or copyrighted logos must not be used. Do not use images that reflect personal feelings. Images are not allowed and violate the traditions, culture and laws of Vietnam.

8. Within 30 days, if the product is not updated or no order is generated, the system will automatically change to out of stock status and close the display on Sendo.vn without further notice.

9. Within 90 days, if you have not logged into the Shop admin account, the system will send a notification asking the store to log in. After 14 days from the notification, if the Shop still has not logged into the account, Sendo.vn Management reserves the right to delete the seller's information.

How to contact buyers using Sendo

1. Enter the product you want to buy.

2. Click the information button in the lower left corner. You can communicate with the seller.
