Mini Metro Beginner Tips

This is a very small and fun game! I have been playing it for two days and finally figured out how to play it.

There are some big symbols on the map (circle, triangle, square, sector, diamond, etc.), each of which represents a station. Small symbols will often be refreshed next to each station, and each small symbol represents that there is a passenger at the station who wants to go to the location of that small symbol. For example, if there is a small circular symbol and a small sector symbol next to a triangle symbol, it means that the station is a triangle station, and there is a passenger at the station who wants to go to any circular station, and another passenger who wants to go to the sector station, and so on. What you have to do is to draw subway lines at each station to meet the requirements of these passengers. As the game progresses, waves of new stations will be refreshed, and each new station will refresh many passengers. You need to adjust the lines and vehicles at any time to meet the needs of all passengers. If a station has a lot of passengers who cannot meet their desires for a long time, the game fails.

There are four major elements in the game: Line, Locomotive, Carriage, and Tunnel. These four elements are limited, you can't build unlimited. Every week in the game, you will be given a locomotive, and then you can choose one of the remaining three elements to increase the upper limit.

Then let's introduce the uses of these four elements:

Line, just like we usually take the subway with Line 1 and Line 2, you can build multiple different lines in the game. At the beginning, you can only build three lines, and in the later stage, you can slowly increase the upper limit of the total number of lines.

Locomotive, every time you build a new subway, you must occupy at least one locomotive, which will go back and forth on this line to pick up passengers. At the beginning of the game, you are given three lines and three locomotives, just one line corresponds to one locomotive. Of course, you can also build only one subway, and then drag all three locomotives to that line, which is also OK, but when you build the second subway, you will be prompted that there are not enough locomotives. Although the subway is built, it cannot run. You will be given an extra locomotive every other week. Please place it carefully. Some long lines take a long time to run once, and multiple locomotives are safer.

Carriage, each locomotive can carry up to 6 passengers. You can think of the carriage as an extended carriage group, which can be hung behind the locomotive. Each carriage can allow the locomotive to carry 6 more passengers. That is, a locomotive can carry 6 passengers. After a locomotive is hung with 2 carriages, it will become a three-carriage locomotive, which can carry up to 18 passengers at the same time. Multi-carriage locomotives are very cool and can instantly release some stations that have been squeezed for a long time.

Tunnel, there are usually rivers on the map. When your subway crosses a river every time, it will occupy a tunnel resource.

This is the basic gameplay of the game. Finally, I will give two tips:

1. The track can be designed as a circular track, that is, the starting station and the terminal station are the same station, so that the locomotive will not run back and forth, but will run in a circle.

2. One track cannot cross another track vertically unless their intersection is a common station.

How to delete a route in Mini Metro

1. Delete a single route. Players can pause the game, then press and hold any node of the line and pull back until the line disappears. You can also find a "T"-shaped node at the end of each route, press it and move it straight back (either left or right), so that you can delete a route.

2. Delete multiple routes. If you need to delete multiple routes, you may need to delete them one by one.

3. Delete the entire route. At the bottom of the game interface, there is a delete button. Click it to delete the entire route directly.

4. Please note that when deleting a route, make sure to leave at least one route, one train, and one tunnel or bridge as a temporary dedicated line ready to respond to emergencies at any time.
